  • New Hire Paperwork (For Branch Managers and all W-2 employees) – See below for a list of documents you need to thoroughly and accurately complete.  Important:  YOU MUST RETURN YOUR NEW HIRE PAPERWORK TO HR AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE YOU BEGIN WORKING.  HR MUST RUN A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL NEW EMPLOYEES BEFORE THEY MAY BEGIN WORKING.  PLEASE NOTE:  THE BACKGROUND CHECK MAY, IN SOME CASES, TAKE LONGER THAN A WEEK TO COMPLETE, SO PROMPT SUBMISSION OF PAPERWORK IS CRITICAL.

  • Employee Handbook – Your employee handbook contains important information about the policies and procedures of New Star.  Take time to read the handbook and sign the acknowledgement.

  • Offer Letter – Your offer letter will be sent separately.  Once received, sign, date, and return the original.  Please keep a copy for your records.
