A commitment to training

Trand Financial Brokers training programs are the envy of the financial services industry. From getting certified, to getting started in the profession, to going forward in your career, our commitment to training means you'll always be at the top of your game.

To be appointed as an associate loan broker, you need to successfully complete our Pre-Client Ready training program. Trand Financial offers two ways to gain the certifications needed to pursue a career as an associate loan broker.

1. Immediate Hiring

If you are currently a licensed mortgage broker and have a minimum of 2yrs mortgage origination exprience you are eligiable for imediate hire. Once you pass our selection process and background check, you will receive an offer letter and may choose to begin employment as a Mortgage Coach or Trusted Advisor. If so,

  • Trand Financial pays your certification application, but you pay all fees.  
  • We offer self-study and/or some classroom training to help you prepare for your Certifing exams.
  • We provide limited training on specific Trand Financial topics.
  • You take and pass all exams.
 2. Sponsorship and self study    

If you are currently not licensed, Trand Financial will make you a sponsorship offer,


  • The offer is valid for 90 days.
  • Trand Financial assigns you to a Trusted Advisor (team coach).
  • You must complete the 24hr pre-licensing course within 45 days from sponsorship.
  • Once you have completed your 24hr course and pass the state Mortgage Broker Exam you will receive a offer letter for eployment.
